Terms of Service

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
  
  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Infinite Goose at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
  
• All subscriptions include access to support and product updates for the duration of the active subscription period. Lifetime deal (“LTD”) purchases include 12 months of support and updates from the date of purchase. After this period, access to the product is provided “as is” without ongoing support or updates, unless an extension is purchased.
  

‍To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities under your account.

‍You agree not to use the Site or any of its services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  
• Send spam or other unsolicited messages.
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers.
  
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission.
  

If you submit, post, or display content on or through the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for providing and improving our services.

The materials on the Site are provided “as is.” Infinite Goose makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Infinite Goose or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site.

The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Infinite Goose does not warrant that any of the materials on its Site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

Infinite Goose has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

Any claim relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
